Russell Riggins is the Executive Director of Guardian Hills Veterans Healing Center, where he leads initiatives to support veterans’ mental health and well-being. With over 30 years of leadership experience in business operations and team development, Russell has a proven track record of building strong organizations and driving growth.
A proud U.S. Army veteran, Russell served in the 3/11th Armored Cavalry Regiment.
Before Guardian Hills, Russell held senior roles in sales and regional management, notably as Area Sales Director and Senior Regional Director at AirMedCare Network, where he excelled in team leadership and strategic planning.
Russell is deeply committed to community and veteran advocacy. He lives in La Plata, Missouri, with his family and enjoys outdoor activities, local history, and supporting initiatives that strengthen community ties.
